In March the water industry will converge in Nashville, Tennessee, for the Water Quality Association (WQA) Convention & Exposition. To help prepare our audience for this show, we have dedicated this issue to previewing what you can expect and sharing how the association and its member-supporting programs and endeavors help water treatment professionals and dealers improve their businesses.

To learn more about the association and its goals, check out our profile of WQA Executive Director David Westman. In this Q&A, Westman discusses WQA’s exciting future endeavors and what activities he is looking most forward to during the conference.

Dale Filhaber reviews WQA’s "2015 Study of Consumers’ Opinions and Perceptions Regarding Water Quality." This informative article details how the results of this survey can help you improve business management, customer service and profits.

Our quarterly Dealer Essentials section also provides information on technology and services that help treatment professionals and dealers better do their jobs and manage their businesses. Check out this issue’s installment.

In addition to our cover series, our team has developed a live WQA Convention & Exposition page on watertechonline.com. This hub will feature live exposition social media coverage, daily video recaps from the show floor, pre- and post-show blog posts, photo galleries, and video product demonstrations. If you want to see all the action, this page is your one-stop source.

To receive live show updates from our team, follow @WaterTechOnline and @LoriDitoro on Twitter. We will also use the #WQA16 hashtag with all conference tweets. If you will be at the show, send your pictures and comments to Associate Editor Robyn Tucker, and she may share them on our website or via social media.

I hope to see some of you in Nashville. Come by and visit our team at Booth 114 and let us know what you want to see in future issues.
