Job Description:
Astral Products seeks a sales professional experienced in developing and designing filtration equipment that meet the requirements of OEM’s and end user clients. Past experience in selling systems and equipment to OEM’s within the Western United States is an added advantage. The successful candidate will:
-Develop the market strategy/channels in the region.
-Develop the OEM market through qualification of users.
-Manage sales & marketing activities to achieve sales and profit goals.
-Quote product based on usage, price and competitive data gathered through qualification.
-Report all findings and quote activity to VP of Sales and Division Manager
-Travel and research within the market will be required.

-Develop the market strategy/channels to generate quality sales leads and meet/exceed sales goals.
-Technical depth to organize presentations which introduce Astral Products and our capabilities.
-Maintain a strong relationship with key and primary accounts.
-Ensure that target territories are well covered by the representatives.
-Provide technical support to all clients.
-Play a lead role in deciding the bidding and winning strategy for firm proposals in conjunction with VP of Sales, Division Manager and Engineering/Production Group.
-Ensure that a presentable and complete proposal is prepared prior to submittal.
-Effectively and efficiently organize the turnover of orders to Engineering/Production Department.
-Ensure quality of the sale and timely closure of all technical and commercial issues associated with the sale.
-Resolve any post-sale issues with customers as needed and/or in order to maintain long term relationships with customers.
