Wayne,

Do you have any more detail than that?  What do we look for in youtube?  I searched for Pentair and Pentair Fleck in youtube with no success for what the original poster is looking for.

On Youtube, type in "repair fleck" and several videos will list.

Pentair just announced 6 Pentair Water University events around the US.  Attending one of these is one of the best ways to learn about Fleck valves and how to install and service them.  They are listed on their web site below.

Another opportunity to learn about control valves will be at WQA Aquatech USA 2010 in Orlando on March 9-12, 2010.  There are many technical training opportunities including "Control Valve Teardown & Rebuild".  If you are not a member of WQA and you join now, you'll get a free full convention package that includes ALL the seminars!
