Can hydrogen peroxide be used to regenerate Greensand if fed when well pump is operating? If so what are the pro's & cons? It would be fed at all times that the well pump is running not just during regeneration.

Hydrogen peroxide can be used to continuously regenerate Greensand Plus, or manganese greensand.  The problem is regulating the feed so that you have enough, but not too much.

With chlorine, or sodium hypochlorite, a simple 0.5 to 1.0 mg/L of free chlorine is maintained in the filter effluent, assuring you that the oxidant demand has been satisfied and disinfection (with the proper CT), will occur.

I personally don't have experience using peroxide.
