The mineral extractor from Automated Pure Water Inc. is designed to be used on chambered tanks with a fixed riser tube. The offset center shaft slides along the side of the stationary tube. Included is a "Cap Removal Tool," which is used to remove the plugs that separate the different chambers from each other. Also included is a lower chamber extension for the removal of media from the lower chambers, if necessary. The "Cap Removal Tool" can also be used as a refill tube by removing the handle and using a funnel inside the tube to wash in the new media.
