BLEDSOE, Ky. — Some people in Harlan County, Ky. have been without water for over a week and a half and a Tactical Water Purification System (TWPS) was installed to help with that relief effort, according to WYMT TV.

Green Hills Water District officials say this is just a temporary fix with help from the Kentucky National Guard, stated the release.

“It's only a drop in the bucket for what your daily use is, but it helps, you don't have to go out and buy it,” said Philip Banks, who lives in Bledsoe.
