WAXAHACHIE, Texas — According to the company, a massive fire was caused by a wastewater treatment product that was never revealed to state regulators, according to NBC DFW.

Magnablend CEO Scott Pendery said while during the production process of producing the 16th batch of the product a spark flew out from excessive steam, stated the article.

"Clearly there's an unacceptable result here along the way, which we're trying to figure out what caused it," he said. "The product, as we understand it, should never have yielded that kind of result."
