SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. — The town of South Haven, Mich. has received the American Public Works Association’s 2011 Project of the Year award for its water filtration plant, according to WSJM.

The plant ranged in the projects that costs between $5 and $20 million category and now the city has qualified for a national award, stated the article.

The facility began last year and serves the city of South Haven, South Haven-Casco Township Water and Sewer Authority and Covert Township, noted the article.
