BRONX, N.Y. — Officials say a construction worker at a water treatment plant suffered serious injuries when he fell from the site, according to the Manhattan Local News.

The worker fell about 18 feet where the new Croton filtration plant is being built four stories underneath a golf course, stated the article.

Paramedics said the worker, who was employed by a contractor, seemed to have injured his leg during the fall, noted the article.
