GROTON, Mass. — According to Town Manager Mark Haddad, a certain employee at the Baddacook Water Treatment Plant was making moonshine on the property, according to ABC 13.  

The distilling apparatus used to make moonshine was found inside the treatment plant around the beginning of November, stated the article.

Haddad would not release the employee’s name but said that he was placed on administrative leave and then decided to retire, noted the article.
