MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA — Sylvan Source, a water technology company, and Trilateral Energy, LLC, a business development and advisory firm, announced in an April 24 press release that they signed a memorandum of understanding to form a new company that will commercialize Sylvan Source's proprietary water treatment technology for use in industrial and municipal water purification and environmental remediation markets.
The new company, TriVan Infrastructure International, will initially target opportunities that involve integrated water and power plants, commonly found in the Middle East, that produce hundreds to thousands of gallons of processed water per day, according to the press release.
Donald M. O'Shei, TriLateral Energy managing director, will serve as TriVan Infrastructure International's chairman and chief executive officer; Laura Demmons, Sylvan Source chief executive officer, will serve as director of the new company, according to the release.
