Watts has released its ScaleNet® Anti-Scale Water Conditioning System, an intelligent anti-scale system that eliminates hard water scale with virtually no homeowner maintenance, no salt additives and no electricity. The ScaleNet system prevents destructive hard scale buildup on pipes, valves and other plumbing system components using template-assisted crystallization (TAC) technology. The ScaleNet media uses TAC to attract hardness minerals and convert them into harmless particles that float freely through the system.
