SWITZERLAND — Aquarion Group (Aquarion AG), a provider of water systems, solutions and technologies for the oil and gas industry, the energy sector and other process industries, follows its acquisition of S-Tec from SH+E Group with a relaunch of the company as an independent entity with a capability for the design and manufacturing of water treatment plants and services, stated a press release.

Aquarion acquired the assets of S-Tec from SH+E Group earlier this year.

S-Tec GmbH is now a standalone company based in Germany that specializes in modular water treatment plant construction, added the release.

Called ModufleX, S-Tec’s new business model separates all elements of work required for plant construction into separate, self-contained modules, noted the release.

“S-Tec GmbH is poised for continued growth with its new and successful business model, strong financial position and highly skilled staff, which we are pleased to have retained,” said Karl Michael Millauer, Chief Executive Officer of Aquarion Group.
