DENVER — The early registration deadline for the American Water Works Association’s (AWWA) first-ever Water Infrastructure Conference & Exposition is Oct. 7, according to a press release.

With investment needs for buried drinking water infrastructure totaling more than $1 trillion around the U.S. over the next 30 years, this timely conference will address the water sector’s significant infrastructure challenges, stated the release.

The release reported that technical sessions will cover innovative analysis tools, best management practices for buried infrastructure, smart approaches to utility preparedness and infrastructure renewal and replacement.

AWWA members are encouraged to register online before Oct. 7 to receive a $175 discount off a full-conference registration, noted the release.
