DENVER — Réseau Environnement, the Quebec Section of the American Water Works Association, invites speakers to submit proposals by June 4 for the 20th Americana Conference to be held March 17-19, 2015, in Montreal, according to a press release.

This conference will give preference to high-caliber international science and technology presentations dealing with current and major environmental issues for industrialized countries and the developing world, noted the release.

Priority will be given to presentations on economic and environmental solutions, proven or unknown technological innovations as well as reinvented management approaches, reported the release.

According to the release, the following themes or issues will focus the conference: Climate change adaptation, ecodesign and circular economy, sustainable use of resources, clean technologies, environmental emergency responses, environmental management in remote regions, market development and business opportunities and regulations and legal frameworks.

Speakers will benefit from visibility in Americana's publications and website, continued the release, and will also be granted free admittance to Americana 2015 for the day of their presentation.
