United Filters International offers 11 carbon cartridge options that reduce sediment, odor and chlorine in water and process applications. Configurations include: Porous radial flow, carbon wraps, linear flow GAC, multi-layered string/carbon combinations, pleated carbon impregnated cellulose or polyester and the company's newly introduced carbon/polypropylene string filter. Only “Kiln Fired” Coconut Shell and other FDA compliant materials are used. Most models are available in 2.0- to 6.0-inch OD and in lengths of 4.5 inches to 40 inches.
