CH2M to receive Stockholm Industry Water Award

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The honor recognizes leadership in potable water reuse.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — CH2M will accept the Stockholm Industry Water Award (SIWA) during the 2015 Stockholm International Water Institute’s (SIWI) World Water Week, according to a press release.

The Stockholm, Sweden, event will take place Aug. 23-28, noted the release. The award recognizes CH2M’s leadership in potable water reuse.

CH2M CEO and Chairman Jacqueline Hinman, Global Water Business Group President Greg McIntyre, Global Technology Director Brock McEwen and Global Technology Leader for Water Reuse Larry Schimmoller will accept the award, stated the release.

The awards ceremony is held in conjunction with Stockholm World Water Week to highlight the business community’s water management, reported the release. SIWA was begun in 2000 in partnership with the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. The International Water Association and the World Wide Fund for Nature support the honor.

CH2M will hold a press briefing the day following the event, shared the release.
