Comment of the week: Bill Jefferies

LATHAM, N.Y. — Jefferies commented on our news story on the Drinking Water Research Foundation’s new report.

LATHAM, N.Y. — Water Technology loves to hear reader feedback on all of our stories, and this week the comment of the week was by reader Bill Jefferies on our e-News Daily story from last week on the Drinking Water Research Foundation’s new report on bottled and tap water.

His comment, entitled “On the ‘Required Reading’ list,” said: “Through this report I've come to realize the increasingly difficult challenges that municipalities face in treating and delivering safe drinking water to people in cities and communities throughout the country. Most shocking for me is the section on distribution systems — one word: yuck! I have never given this much thought until now. Thank you for the insightful study. This should be on the ‘Required Reading’ list!”

Thanks for the feedback, Bill!
