LIBERTY, Tex. — At a council meeting on Dec.11 the city of Liberty, Tex. approved the final phase of improving the city’s water treatment facility and service, according to The Dayton News.

The council approved $932,680.20 to begin the third phase of improvements to the facility, noted the article.

This will be the final step in a $7 million process this is expected to be complete over the next year.

The project began in 2007 to begin improving the city’s ability to manage runoff and improve sewer conditions, stated the article.
