LISLE, Ill. — The Water Quality Research Foundation (WQRF) announced Culligan International, a “Visionary Partner” to the campaign, has increased its Investing in Your Future Campaign commitment by $50,000, according to a press release.

The increased commitment brings Culligan International’s total contribution to $250,000, stated the release.

Culligan International President & CEO Scott Clawson, in addition to making a premier launch commitment of $200,000 last year, has offered to serve on the National Steering Committee, continued the release.

The release reported that Culligan has collectively committed over $750,000 in support of the industry since the launch of the campaign.

"We are honored to play a meaningful role in this campaign, [and] it has been an honor working with such an enthusiastic group of individuals who care deeply about the future of our industry,” said Clawson. “Additionally, I am incredibly proud of our dealer network for rising to the occasion and making such a powerful impact. With that said, I am excited to announce that we are setting a $1 million challenge for Culligan. This has been a wonderful journey and we are excited to celebrate success with everyone involved."

Clawson as well as leaders of Culligan Dealers Association of North America (CDANA), noted the release, are challenging the Culligan dealer network to raise $1 million in donations by the WQA convention.
