BOWIE, Md. — Corvias Solutions is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Corvias Group, a privately-owned company dedicated to tackling large-scale facilities and infrastructure challenges through public-private partnerships (PPP).

BOWIE, Md. — Greg Cannito has been appointed managing director of Corvias Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Corvias Group, according to a press release.

In his new position, Cannito will oversee the application of Corvias’ public-private partnership (PPP) model to solve energy and infrastructure challenges facing U.S. public sector institutions, including Corvias Solutions’ recently approved $100 million, 30-year Clean Water Partnership with Prince George’s County, Maryland, stated the release.

Since the initial discussions among the county, Maryland Department of the Environment (DOE) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Cannito has been involved with the project, with Corvias “to manage the design, construction and long-term maintenance of stormwater management systems,” reported the release.

Prior to his new position, continued the release, Cannito served as the senior vice president of program development for Corvias Group and was responsible for “strategic development and execution” of new, state-of-the-art opportunities allied with Corvias’ PPP model.

He joined the company in 2003 and has over 15 years of PPP and business development experience, noted the release.

“In Greg’s time with Corvias, he has exhibited a keen ability to foster and implement partnerships across a broad range of sectors with an equally diverse array of public partners,” said Michael De La Rosa, president and chief operating officer of Corvias Group. "He’s shown a deep understanding of Corvias’ distinct approach, and has helped our partners like the Department of Defense and Prince George’s County appreciate how our tailored solutions can help them address their significant challenges.”
