March 10, 2015

DENVER — The 2014 Business Achievement Awards honor exceptional business performance in the environmental industry.

DENVER — CH2M HILL announced that the Environmental Business Journal (EBJ) and Climate Change Business Journal (CCBJ) recognized CH2M HILL’s environmental projects and acquisition as part of the publications’ annual Business Achievement Awards program, according to a press release.

The awards honor exceptional business performance in the environmental industry in categories including revenue growth, new practice areas, innovative project designs, industry leadership, social contributions, new technology development and more, stated the release.

CH2M HILL also received an EBJ award for its acquisition of Canada-based TERA Environmental Consultants, reported the release, which extended the firm’s offerings in siting, permitting, licensing and environmental planning services for Canada’s power line, pipeline and oil and gas industries.

“CH2M HILL is honored to receive the EBJ/CCBJ awards, but this achievement would not be possible without the partnerships we have with such great clients around the world,” said John Mogge, CH2M HILL director of technology, practice and design. “Our employees thrive by working with our clients to solve complex challenges and thereby advance the environmental and climate change industries.”

The 2014 EBJ and CCBJ Business Achievement Awards will be presented March 12 during a special ceremony at the Environmental Industry Summit XIII in San Diego, California, noted the release.
