LOS ANGELES, Calif. — After over 100 complaints of a foul odor in the Santa Fe Springs, Calif. area, investigators traced the stench back to a wastewater storage tank, according to The Republic.
The wastewater treatment facility in Los Angeles County has been issued a violation because of its foul odors.
The South Coast Air Quality Management District has already issued three violations to Ridgeline Energy Services USA during the summer because of the smell, stated the article.
