H2O Care Home acquires Residential Systems Group

MIDDLETON, Mass. — The company looks to continue its success in the New England area.

MIDDLETON, Mass. — Recently, according to a company press release, H20 Care Home acquired the Atlas Water Systems' Residential Systems Group.

On October 31, 2014, H2O Care Home purchased the Atlas Water Systems’ Residential Systems Group business, which was a transaction funded by former employees of Atlas Water Systems, noted the release.

The staff of H2O Care Home is the former staff of the Atlas Water Systems’ Residential Systems Group, added the release.

The company’s roots go back to 1989 when Mark St. Hilaire founded AquaTech Water Systems. Ten years later, AquaTech water systems entered into a merger with Atlas Water Systems.

For the next 15 years, St. Hilaire served as the director of the residential systems group of Atlas Water Systems.

The merger of the two companies led to 15 years of growth thanks to a dedicated staff that was focused on providing exceptional customer service, stated the release.

According to the release, Atlas Water Systems soon became the leading provider of water treatment services in New England and was considered one of the top companies in the industry.
