QUEBEC CITY — Sept. 23, 2015 — H2O Innovation Inc. recently made changes to its executive staff, according to a press release.
Marc Blanchet will serve as chief financial officer and Fuillaume Clairet will be the company’s chief operating officer, noted the release.
Blanchet has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2003, stated the release. He began his career as a business lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions and finance for law firms in Quebec City and Paris, France.
Blanchet joined the H2O Innovation in 2007 as director of corporate and legal affairs, and has served as vice president, corporate and legal affairs and corporate secretary since 2011, reported the release. In his new role, he will focus on communication with the company’s stakeholders, including potential investors, shareholders and financial partners, in addition to coordinating acquisition projects and growth plans.
Clairet is a registered Professional Engineer in Quebec province, shared the release. He has served as project manager, sales managers, director of business development and vice president of strategic business development with the company. Since July 2012 he has held the position of executive vice president of the corporation.

Therefore, these changes within the Corporation’s senior management will allow me to further promote H2O Innovation with new clients, partners and shareholders.”
