WOONSOCKET, R.I. — In honor of National Drinking Water Week, taking place May 3-9, Hanna Instruments USA invites communities to test their drinking water, according to a press release.

To celebrate the week, Hanna Instruments will give away an HI701 Free Chlorine Colorimeter with every purchase of an HI2020 edge multiparameter pH meter using coupon code “H2O” after adding both items to cart, stated the release.

Sponsored by the American Water Works Association (AWWA), National Drinking Water Week is dedicated to educating communities about drinking water quality, reported the release.

Hanna Instruments employees will be testing drinking water for pH, free and total chlorine, turbidity and fluoride from across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, continued the release.

“This is an opportunity to educate our customers, community and employees about the standards and testing parameters in drinking water,” said Hanna Instruments Marketing Coordinator April Lemois.  “Hanna provides cost-effective and tailored instruments to municipalities and many other industries, giving them the tools to keep quality their [number one] priority.”

To show support for National Drinking Water Week, Hanna Instruments invites the public and community to share their test results on the company’s Facebook page, noted the release.
