Oct. 30, 2014

MANCHESTER, England — Pentair Chairman and CEO Randall J. Hogan ranked 68th in the Harvard Business Review’s (HBR) “100 Best-Performing CEOs in the World.”

MANCHESTER, England — Pentair announced that Harvard Business Review (HBR) has recognized Pentair CEO and Chairman Randall J. Hogan as one of its 2014 “100 Best-Preforming CEOs in the World,” according to a press release.

Hogan ranked 68th on HBR’s list based on the publication’s evaluation of global CEOS, stated the release.

The release reported that the list offers the only ranking of global CEOs’ performance over their entire tenure and to develop the list, the magazine worked with the Reputation Institute, which annually ranks global companies according to their reputations, to help reorder the list.

The Reputation Institute implements its RepTrak method, asking respondents to rate the companies based on seven components including innovation, workplace, products and services, citizenship, performance, governance and leadership, calculating a total score of 0 to 100 for each company, informed the release.

Pentair and Hogan ranked 63rd overall with a score of 69.87 out of 100, noted the release.
