Control Company's new Traceable® Manometer displays gauge and differential pressure/vacuum in 11 different units. Response time is 0.5 second. Simple hose fittings on the unit permit using hose/tubing with inside diameters from 1/16" to 3/16". Large 5/8" digits are visible from six feet. At the touch of a button, the unit may be zeroed or any pressure may be set to zero. Differential feature permits reading the difference of the pressure or vacuum between two different sources. Memory feature recalls highest and lowest reading over any time period. A count-up timer displays up to 99 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds. A Data Hold key freezes the display to capture readings. Brilliant backlighting permits reading even in dark areas. Computer output permits all units to be connected to a computer for monitoring and storing unlimited results. TOC monitoring

The enhanced GE CheckPoint Pharma On-Line/Portable Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Sensor is typically mounted and used online for continuous monitoring. Measuring the levels of TOC in the water is an important step for pharmaceutical companies to control processes that are critical to their operations and to comply with regulations. The instrument was designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry and has a standard operating procedure that meets minimum United States Pharmacopeia (USP), European Pharmacopeia (EP), China Pharmacopeia (CP) and Indian Pharmacopeia (IP) specifications. It also can be hand-carried to any point in a water system for rapid diagnostic sampling and troubleshooting. The instrument can measure TOC in hot (up to 90°C) or ozonated water and will operate at ambient temperatures up to 55°C. It has a dynamic range of 0.21 to 1,000 ppb and provides three analog outputs for simultaneous TOC, raw conductivity and temperature measurements. GE Power & Water,

Ultrasonic flowmeter

The ECHO Arrow Hunter Plus - Handheld is a portable clamp-on transit-time flowmeter for clean or dirty liquids. The ultrasonic sensors are clamped onto the outside of the pipe, thus eliminating the need to dismantle the pipe work and interrupt the process. The meters are great for checking existing flowmeters to confirm accuracy and reliability. Also, the can be used for checking flow on pumps for blockage, efficiency or damage. The meters will measure flow in metal or plastic pipes with or without liners from 3/8" to 118" diameters. ECHO Process Instrumentation Inc., Shalimar, FL, 850-609-1300,
