Collection of valves and fluid control-related products and services for the industrial water and wastewater market.

Valve connector

The new Series 5K DIN valve connector from Canfield Connector provides snug and secure pin contacts on solenoid spades. The 5K runs one wire rather two from the MCCR device to the control box, which reduces moisture intrusion in the box and saves on labor costs. It can be manufactured in a range of plastic housing materials for compatibility with high temperatures and various chemical applications. In addition, the 5K has a rugged “straight-line” interface/cord configuration that is versatile for various applications including installation in many limited-space situations.

Remote position indication for manual valves

The Rotork SPI Smart Position Indicator provides a more reliable and accurate open/close position indication solution for multi-turn valves than previously available equipment. Limit switches or sensors for remote indication are located and terminated internally so no external junction box is required to connect to a Distributed Control System. Position is mechanically displayed locally via a large display dial. The maintenance-free unit is housed in a robust anodized aluminum enclosure that is environmentally sealed to IP 67. It is available in variants designed for service in either hazardous or non-hazardous areas.

Bellows control valve

Bürkert’s Type 2380 is a hygienic 2-way bellows control valve for small flow rates. It is a pneumatically actuated process valve with a single action membrane drive. A PTFE bellows ensures the reliable separation of the media from the drive. The valve is constructed in full compliance with hygienic design requirements and is ideal for demanding control tasks with small flow rates, for which membrane valves are not suitable. The bellows control valve is available in diameters from DN6 to DN20 and can be combined with seat diameters from 3 mm to 10 mm.

Curved bill check valve

The Tideflex® TF-1 Check Valve from Red Valve features a bill is formed into a curve that returns to a closed position every time, achieving the tightest possible seal for backflow operations, particularly at low flow rates. The flat-bottomed design allows installation where the invert of the pipe is close to the floor. A strong spine provides long-term performance while handling water weight.
