Motion Industries released a new hydraulic-focused video on their "MiHow2" series of product/application solutions. The instructive video series' goal is to share practical industrial applications that viewers can adapt in their own facilities. Each MiHow2 video was filmed in a workshop setting and features the Motion Industries host with a guest from one of the market-leading industrial manufacturers demonstrating a product or application. Annual report

Research, training facility

Val-Matic completed a new 7,000-sq.-ft. research and development facility in its second manufacturing plant located in Addison, Ill. The R&D facility includes a Materials Lab with equipment for testing elastomers and metals. A Flow Lab equipped with a battery of water pumps was constructed to perform dynamic check valve and water flow tests to determine flow and torque characteristics of various valves. In addition, a 5,000-gallon air tank allows full scale air flow testing of large air valves. The facility is also available for technical hands-on training of industry professionals.
