Variable area flowmeters
ABB's Measurement Products' business announces publication of an eight-page leaflet on variable area flowmeters (rotameters). The leaflet explains their main benefits such as simplicity, cost effectiveness, flexibility, and reliability. According to the leaflet, these meters come pre-calibrated and are easy to install and maintain. They have long life expectancy and no upstream/downstream straight piping requirements. The leaflet notes that many have been operating in a variety of industries and on all kinds of fluids for 50 years or more.

The American Water Works Association has updated its website. The enhanced design provides improved functionality for members, customers and other visitors.
