Board in Fla. names replacement for resigning commissioner

KEY LARGO, Fla. — Susan Hammaker stepped down on August 8 to focus more on her commitments with Florida International University.

KEY LARGO, Fla. — The Key Largo Wastewater Treatment District board of commissioners appointed David Asdourian, who was a candidate for an at-large commission seat on the board, last week by a 3-1 vote, according to an article from keysnet.com.

According to the article, Asdourian was sworn in immediately following the vote.
