Michelle Obama and Eva Longoria prompting Americans to drink more water

WASHINGTON — The promotion is part of Obama’s “Let’s Move!” campaign, which is geared towards fighting obesity around the nation.

WASHINGTON — First lady Michelle Obama and actress Eva Longoria are teaming up to help promote the consumption of water to Americans, according to the Washington Times.

Both are scheduled to start their drinking water push at a high school in Watertown, Wis. on Sept. 12, noted the article.

The promotion is part of Obama’s “Let’s Move!” campaign, which is geared towards fighting obesity around the nation, and especially America’s youth.

Longoria has been one of Obama’s loudest supporters during the campaign, despite the fact that she also does paid advertising for Lay’s potato chips, stated the article.
