BURBANK, Calif. — The Pacific Water Quality Association (PWQA) is preparing for its 56th Convention and Trade Show set to take place October 8-11 in Burbank.
The convention will include education programs centered around the theme of "sustainability" with sessions on sustainability and regulations, evolving sustainable technologies and water conservation.
The trade show will highlight the sustainability theme as well with new products and technologies that enable conserving water and using less salt.
Other convention activities will include a fundraising golf tournament, a helicopter ball drop with a prize of $1,000 and a banquet dinner with industry awards and live entertainment by Joe Valeri.
