Grundfos to sponsor Imagine H2O Food and Agriculture Program

CHICAGO, Ill. — The program was created to support emerging food and agriculture industry water businesses.

CHICAGO, Ill. — Grundfos, a global leader in advanced pump solutions, will sponsor Imagine H2O's fifth Food and Agriculture Program, according to a press release.

Grundfo's partnership with the nonprofit, which supports entrepreneurship and innovation in the water sector, was announced at the Water Environment Federation Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC), the release reported.

The Food and Agriculture Program is a competition meant to identify emerging water businesses that work to improve water use, treatment, supply or discharge in the food and agriculture sector, according to the release.

"We believe business competitions like these will fuel the innovation engine and accelerate water technologies solutions for tomorrow," said Henrik Skov Laursen, director of Grundfos Silicon Valley.

The winning company will enter Imagine H2O's Accelerator program, where they will receive professional resources and market insight, noted the release.
