Clukey commented, "Chlorine is the biggest foe to your skin and hair, which comes in contact with your body when you take [a] shower. However, if you have installed a good quality shower filter you are bound to keep them away from your body and lead a healthy life."

He continued with a second comment: "When you take [a] shower, the skin pores over your body often widens, which allow things like dermal absorption of chlorine along with other unhealthy chemicals to a great extent."
