Mexel USA, American Chemstar sign strategic agreement

WASHINGTON — Mexel will be American Chemstar's master distributor to members of the Association of Water Technologies.

WASHINGTON — Mexel USA LLC, distributor of Mexel anti-fouling products, has signed a strategic agreement with American Chemstar Inc. to become its master distributor to all members of the Association of Water Technologies, according to a press release.

This agreement marks a move by Mexel from its power plant and large industrial clients to a wider range of small to mid-sized water treatment applications, the release reported.

Amchem Solutions will provide a wide range of Mexel products and technical support to U.S. water treatment companies through their own operating experience in more than 50 facilities, noted the release.

According to the release, this agreement will expand Mexel USA's capabilities to supply Mexel products to utility, industrial and institutional clients.
