AE2S Water Solutions launches new app for water industry

GRAND FORKS, N.D. — OpWorks was created to help municipal and industrial water or wastewater facilities manage operations.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. — AE2S Water Solutions has unveiled a web-based application called OpWorks to help municipal and industrial water or wastewater facilities manage plant operations, according to a press release on Digital Journal.

The application is available for computer and mobile devices and serves as a flexible framework that can log, query and report multiple types of data, the release reported.

OpWorks combines the multiple types of relevant data needed to prepare regulatory reports, allows plant administrators to develop simple digital worksheets that relate to their unique work environments and features worksheets that can easily be filled in with day-to-day data and be easily searched for specific information, the release noted.

“It’s exciting to be part of a project that could revolutionize the way water and wastewater plant operators across the country do their jobs,” said Brian Barclay, AE2S Water Solutions programmer.

The City of Grand Forks has been using OpWorks successfully for over a year, according to the release.
