LOVES PARK, Ill. — Aqua-Aerobic Systems is celebrating 45 years of providing products and customer service to the wastewater treatment industry, according to a press release.
The company began as a small manufacturing outfit in 1969 and has grown to be a recognized applied engineering company and leader in total water management solutions, noted the release.
In the past 45 years, the company has focused on developing quality products in aeration and mixing, biological processes, filtration, membranes and process control to meet specific water and wastewater objectives for customers worldwide, the release reported.
Aqua-Aerobic Systems employs approximately 130 people, the release continued, in the areas of research and development, engineering, sales/marketing, manufacturing, customer and field service and administration.
According to the release, the company has concentrated on both product development and lifetime customer service, expanding its headquarters several times and most recently adding a Research and Technology facility in partnership with a local wastewater treatment plant.
