WASHINGTON — The Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies (AMWA) Water Policy Conference will take place April 6-9 in Washington, according to a press release.

The conference will include a strong lineup of policy leaders scheduled to address water utility executives, reported the release.

The event will provide an opportunity to engage on national issues impacting the water industry, your water system and your customers, the release noted.

According to the release, attendees will learn the policy perspectives of key leaders of Congressional water committees from both parties; top administration personnel from EPA, DHS, NOAA and the Army Corps of Engineers; and authorities from Moody’s, the U.S. Conference of Mayors and water associations often aligned with AMWA members on critical national issues.
