Chris Patackis joins Parsons Brinckerhoff

PHILADELPHIA — In his new position as senior engineering manager Patackis will support the firm’s water practice in the Philadelphia region.

PHILADELPHIA — Chris Patackis has been named a senior engineering manager in the Philadelphia office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, engineering and program/construction management organization, according to a press release.

In his new position, Mr. Patackis will support the firm’s water practice in the Philadelphia region, including growth and development of the water/wastewater business and managing the delivery of water/wastewater projects, the release reported.

Mr. Patackis has 20 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of water and wastewater projects, with an emphasis on water distribution, wastewater conveyance, green storm water infrastructure and trenchless construction methods, noted the release.

Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, continued the release, he served as senior project manager for an international consulting engineering firm and was responsible for the management of water and wastewater projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

According to the release, Mr. Patackis received an M.S. in environmental engineering from Lehigh University and a B.S. in environmental engineering from Wilkes University and is a member of the American Water Works Association, Water Environment Federation and Pennsylvania Water Environment Association.
