MEQUON, Wis. — SEAL Analytical announced two new appointments, Caroline Blyth and Jens Neubauer, according to a press release.
Blyth will join the Southampton, U.K., office to boost customer support, and Neubauer will join the Norderstedt, Germany, office to manage business development in Africa, the Middle East and Europe, stated the release.
In her position as the U.K. customer support coordinator, Blyth is looking forward to improving customer service, continued the release.
“Every laboratory has different needs, so it is important for us to develop close relationships with our clients so that we can help them develop an analytical capability that meets or exceeds their expectations,” said Blyth. “I am highly experienced in customer support roles, so I am looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities that this role will present.”
Neubauer has more than 10 years of experience as an application engineer and sales manager for analytical instrumentation in food and beverage, wastewater, water, pharmaceutical and other environmental and industrial applications, noted the release.
“I am delighted with this new position,” said Neubauer. “I have always been a great admirer of the SEAL Analytical technologies, so it is great to be able to be help bring them to a wider audience, whilst improving the speed, accuracy and efficiency of the laboratories that we work with.”
