BOSTON — Parsons Brinckerhoff has named Mark Call as a supervising construction engineer for its Boston office, according to a press release.

He has around 40 years of experience managing the engineering and construction of infrastructure improvement projects, and prior to his new position with Parsons Brinckerhoff, Call was a construction manager with a Massachusetts-based firm, continued the release.
Call, continued the release, also previously served as director of construction for Boston Water and Sewer Commission and director of public works for the city of Framingham.
He is a member of the American Public Works Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers, noted the release.
