BALTIMORE — Parsons Brinckerhoff announced Beverly Ingram has been named a supervising planner for its Baltimore office, according to a press release.
In her new position, Ingram will provide program management support to the Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works for its watershed capital improvement program, stated the release.
Ingram has over 20 years of experience in environmental and legislative affairs and program management, continued the release.
She was deputy commissioner for the city of Chicago’s Department of Water prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff and was responsible for payroll, finance, human resources, employee relation, information technology and procurement, reported the release.
Ingram has held senior management positions with American Water and has served as chief administrative officer for the city of Detroit Water and Sewerage, noted the release.
“The addition of Beverly Ingram to our water practice means that Anne Arundel County in Maryland, and other municipalities around the country, will have access to someone who has been in their shoes — dealing with the issues public agencies face every day, from streamlining business processes to labor relations to risk management,” said Chris Yamaya, director of Parsons Brinckerhoff’s water practice.
