AECOM welcomes new vice president

LOS ANGELES — Jess Yoder will serve as director of program management/construction management (PM/CM) delivery and quality assurance in AECOM’s Americas water business line.

LOS ANGELES — Jess Yoder has joined AECOM as vice president, according to a press release.

Yoder, in his new position, will serve as director of program management/construction management (PM/CM) delivery and quality assurance in AECOM’s Americas water business line and will be based in San Francisco, stated the release.

He has more than 30 years of engineering and construction management, business management and program management experience, continued the release.

The release reported that Yoder has served as program manager and program advisor for water and wastewater infrastructure programs.

Additionally, he has played a significant role in the development and delivery of several large and complex U.S. water and wastewater capital programs, added the release.

“Jess has a reputation for excellence and technical expertise in program management among his peers, clients and across the industry,” said John Kinneen, AECOM’s director of PM/CM for the company’s Americas water business. “He has developed and implemented innovative and cutting-edge ideas and [has] made numerous presentations on program management at national and international forums.”

Yoder was a senior vice president and program manager at Parsons prior to joining AECOM, noted the release.
