TRAVELERS REST, S.C. — T&S Brass and Bronze Works provides innovative equipment solutions to the food service, institutional and plumbing industries.

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. — T&S Brass and Bronze Works has expanded and redesigned its website to provide more detailed information on products for its customers as well as a more comprehensive, user-friendly experience, according to a press release.

The redesign, in addition to a new look and feel that places the company’s products front and center on the home page of the website, includes tools focused on sustainability, such as LEED FAQs and water savings calculators, as well as an expanded offering of regional contacts and representatives, stated the release.

The website also features a vast array of spec drawings, product images, installation instructions, parts explosions, Revit files and the ability to email product information directly from the site, reported the release.

“We’ve been eager to do a redesign for some time now, but we wanted it to coincide with several other technology upgrades,” said Patti Bishop, T&S Brass e-marketing manager. “Data now pulls directly from our ERP system to provide the most current product information available, and the site uploads easily and quickly to all mobile devices. Our users in the field will greatly benefit from the responsiveness of the site on their tablets or smart phones.”

Bishop adds, “We will continue to add new elements to the website. In particular, we are excited about the chat feature that will soon be available. This new communication channel will allow customers to interact with our knowledgeable customer service team in an entirely new way. That’s something we’re really looking forward to.”
