Tal Fabian is a RO Process Engineer with a strong academic foundation in Environmental Engineering, holding an M.Sc. (Cum Laude) and a B.Sc. from the prestigious Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Tal has emerged as a leader in industrial water treatment and reuse.

As a Team Leader at IDE Technologies, Tal spearheads various projects and R&D initiatives focused on industrial water treatment and reuse. His responsibilities encompass everything from process design and water chemistry modeling to pilot operations and evaluating cutting-edge process technologies. Tal has been instrumental in developing groundbreaking technologies like Pulsed Flow RO.
