Hydro-Dyne Engineering Inc. announces purchase of new manufacturing facility

OLDSMAR, Fl. — The newly acquired facility is the second largest industrial real estate transaction in Pinellas County.

OLDSMAR, Fl. — Hydro-Dyne® Engineering, Inc., a manufacturer of custom-engineered screening and grit removal equipment for wastewater, municipal and industrial water facilities, announced the purchase of an approximately 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located in Tampa Bay, according to a press release.

The purchase will expand Hydro-Dyne’s research, service, manufacturing, testing and design capacity, and is a part of the company’s long-term managed growth and the latest step in the company’s investment in people, equipment, technology and capacity, noted the release.

During the past year, Hydro-Dyne has increased its employee base by over 70 percent with plans to hire more company-wide staff within the next one to two years, continued the release.
