Imagine H2O announces business innovations contest finalists

SAN FRANCISCO — Winners will receive $200,000 in cash and admittance to the Imagine H2O Accelerator program.

SAN FRANCISCO — Imagine H2O, a nonprofit organization that supports market-based solutions to water challenges, has announced the finalists of its fifth annual business innovations competition, according to a press release from The Sacramento Bee.

Twelve companies were selected to advance to the second round to compete for over $200,000 in cash and admittance to the Imagine H2O Accelerator program, the release reported.

The winners and runners-up will be honored at Imagine H2O's Entrepreneurship Showcase and World Water Day celebration on March 18, noted the release.

According to the release, over 70 start-ups from 11 countries submitted entries related to Imagine H2O's current Food and Agriculture theme.
