Novo Water Group announces new acquisition

CARMEL, Ind. — Novo Water Group Inc.’s acquisition includes the U.S. operating company WaterGroup Inc. as well as Canadian entities WaterGroup Companies Inc. and Petwa Ltd.

CARMEL, Ind. — Novo Water Group Inc. announced the acquisition of WaterGroup Companies from Culligan International Company Inc., according to a press release.

Novo Water Group’s acquisition includes the U.S. operating company WaterGroup Inc. as well as Canadian entities WaterGroup Companies Inc. and Petwa Ltd., stated the release.

“The transaction will allow us to provide a broader range of products and brands demanded by the market” stated Novo Water Group President and CEO Don Fettes, who is also one of WaterGroup’s original co-founders. “Our plan to grow the business through strategic acquisitions and organic growth will allow us to offer more choice and value to our customers.”

Novo Water Group is a privately held holding company focused on innovation, quality and value and committed to offering a wide range of products and technologies, noted the release.
